Giga IT provides software development services specializing in Nearshore solutions. Our Services include but are not limited to software design, development, testing, and maintenance.

5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services (“User Content”). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content, you grant Giga IT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for our Services shall be as set forth in the applicable statement of work or other agreement between you and Giga IT. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are quoted and payable in US dollars.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Giga IT, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Giga IT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
Giga IT reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
